Yes, Atlas DUI School is licensed in Utah. We are a licensed outpatient treatment program through the Utah Department of Health & Human Services (License F23-98240). Our school offers expert Prime for Life DUI education, and we are also approved by the court system. It’s important to note that not all providers have this approval, so you can trust that our programs meet the rigorous standards required by both state and judicial authorities. 

Our DUI class is conducted via Zoom in a live, instructor-led format, making it both accessible and engaging. The class is structured into two 8-hour sessions, led by a licensed DUI instructor who provides expert guidance and support throughout.

We require all participants to keep their cameras on to ensure an interactive and effective learning experience. This allows you to actively engage with the instructor and fellow participants, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment while enjoying the flexibility of joining from the comfort of your own home.

Our program is court-accepted by the state of Utah and recognized in other states as well, providing you with a widely accepted solution. This virtual setup is particularly beneficial for those with health issues, those living far from in-person classes, or anyone who finds it challenging to attend in person.

You will receive your Prime for Life Certificate of Completion via email immediately after the last session of the class is completed. This certificate will include all necessary licensing information and other pertinent details. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us for assistance.

To attend the 16-hour Prime for Life DUI Class with Atlas DUI School in Utah, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

1. Registration and Payment: Register and pay for the class through our website.
2. Client Intake: Complete the client intake process.
3. Consent Forms: Sign all required consent forms.

The virtual/instructor-led Prime for Life DUI class is accepted because Atlas DUI School in Utah is fully licensed and recognized by the Utah Department of Health & Human Services as a Substance Abuse Treatment Program (License F23-98240). Our instructors are certified through the same entity as DUI class instructors and are also nationally certified to deliver the Prime for Life DUI class.

Additionally, we adhere to the state-mandated process electronically, including verifying the identity of each client. The DUI classes are conducted in a live format, where clients are required to have their cameras on and actively engage with the instructor.

This setup ensures that the class meets all state requirements and provides an interactive and effective learning experience.

Prime for Life is an empowering and transformative program designed to help individuals make positive changes in their lives. This program provides participants with valuable insights and practical tools to enhance their understanding of risk factors and cultivate healthier lifestyles. With engaging content and a supportive approach, Prime for Life inspires individuals to take charge of their lives and achieve lasting positive change.

After you register and pay, you will be redirected to a quick and streamlined client intake process, which typically takes only 10-15 minutes to complete. This process is designed to be easy to use and is fully HIPAA compliant and encrypted to ensure your privacy and security. 

During the intake, you will:

1. Provide Information: Submit necessary details.
2. Sign Consent Forms: Complete and sign all relevant consent forms.
3. Review Rights and Responsibilities: Be informed of your client rights and responsibilities.
4. Submit Photo Identification: Provide a photo ID for verification.

Once the intake process is completed, you will attend the class on the scheduled dates and times. After finishing the class, you will receive a certificate of completion via email. We can also email the certificate to the court, attorney or probation. If you have any questions or need assistance during this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Atlas DUI School is officially licensed as an outpatient treatment provider in Utah, North Dakota and Tennessee. If your DUI charge was issued in a different state, we may still be able to assist you with fulfilling your court and driver license reinstatement requirements. We are also accepted in Iowa.
